Have been running a CC pro on my enduro bike for 3 months now and it completely remedied me constantly burping tyres and destroying rims. It offers 10/10 damping on rough rocky tracks. I like how i can run a lower pressure (26psi) when its horribly sloppy conditions but still have the rim and side wall protection.

Only downsides i have found are: 1 - weight, it does feel alot heavier in the rear vs no insert; 2 - nightmare to insert unless you have gorilla hands
