I have a 2022 SC Bronson mullet and I was looking at replacing the stock super deluxe select+. I was thinking about a float x2 but I have heard they have a lot issues and are generally unreliable. I was wondering if the float x would be a good alternative or if I should just stay away from fox shocks altogether.

I would avoid the current x2 like the plague, personally.
The new SDU is excellent or the Ohlins TTX2 air is also very good, I ran the latter on my v4 Bronson until I swapped to a Nomad.

I just went from the FloatX to the DVO Topaz on my 22 Hightower. I have been very impressed with the difference. Worth consideration.
