I have ridden a repeater 2x, and think it is a great ebike, chainstays are on the longer side. Really only noticed on slow tight stuff. I know the Emeta has much shorter cs. New emeta are mullet only I think. Repeater is full 29. Kinda depends on the trails you ride. Find reviews for both. I doubt many have ridden both.

Meta power SX is mullet and thousands cheaper for similar spec. The clear winner. I have a meta sx 27.5, its been absolutely amazing for 800ish miles.

Repeater GX is full 29er. Not ideal.

IMO ebikes don't benefit from a 29er setup. They're already extremely stable. The 29er is just going to be slower to change direction, which is really not what you want.
