Worldwide Cyclery - the Jeff Option

Just ordered some stuff from Worldwide Cyclery and proceeded to checkout. One of the shipping options is 'Hand Delivery by Jeff" and it's $1000. It's funny, but then I got to thinking...what happens if you select it? I'm tempted to put a shipping address in some place like Outer Mongolia to see if Jeff can deliver bike parts within 10 days. But seriously - what happens if you select it?

Who here has money? I’m a bike mechanic and get paid in parts and bike, not actual dollars…
