Orange Alpine 6 bottle mounting solution?

Recent owner of a an Orange Alpine 6 mulleted.

The bottle mounts on the underside of the down tube are a little unorthodox.

Can anyone recommend a decent way of securing a bottle?

Fidlock bottle with a lid, or they do a universal mount that might fit somewhere else
