So I’m running a 160mm Lyrik on my Rocky Mountain and I was wondering would riding drops jumps steep terrain ect.. with my compression closed be bad for the fork?
In theory, the low speed compression will have zero effect on how the fork feels over hard hits like jumps and drops. The low speed compression is simply bypassed in those scenarios

there are just some trails in my area that are like really smooth and hilly for most of it but have one or 2 big downhills and hucks so I ride with it closed for max efficiency and when I get to like the one drop that’s big it’s around 12 ft I don’t get off the bike so I end up sending it with the compression closed and I just wanted to make sure that was fine lol
