No thumbnail on videos

Hello, Since a few monthes, I cannot edit any thumbnails on my uploaded videos and I don't really see what's wrong. All thumbnails suggestions have a black preview. Exemple with the 3 latest videos here : https://www.pinkbike.com/u/Exoride/channel/all/ Has anyone a solution? Thanks and happy trails!
