Flying into Jamaica and Cuba as of DEc 1 2022

I was just told by Westjet as of Dec 1/2022 NO bikes are allowed into Jamaica and Cuba. ONLY GOLF CLUBS IN GOLF BAGS. No oversized allowed and total dimensions must be a max of 80" including height, width and length. I'm freaking out any help please!
