Personally I loved the Acid, most of my friends thought it was crap but i thought the geo and everything was just spot on. But i traded it in to get something more DJish so I got My Banshee Scratch

are the parts cr*p at first when you get this bike? my lbs sells them but havent had a proper look and I have a 130mm fork at home. worth buying and how much do they go for?

Yeah the stock parts are shit...And yeah you need diff. seatpost to make the angle bearable, but most lbs can order them up for you and titec make a similar one too.

there made it for a few years.no special seat post needed just its the design.i ran a normal post on mine until the seat was slammed and the post is like 2" now

well it's pretty hard trying to track one down seince no one got any adds for a acid in the us.. aha well this may sound sketch but it'll cut down on the cost , my mom might be going back out to ireland seince her dad had open heart sergery and he's still not better, so if she dose go out ill give her the cash to change up into what ever the currincy is and have you send it to where she's staying which is neer cork. but the word if is a big one on that cause im not sure if she's goin to leave or not, but anyways if she dosent go out ill check the price of shipping and what not and do it nfor sure because my new job garentees 50 hours per pay check so that'd be like 378 + cad for each pay check, plus minimiun wage is going up here to 8.25 a hour so that's 412 cad so ill be willling to put away one paycheck for such a sexy bike frame :p
