- Phone number goes right to Voicemail with no recording
- contact us messaging on website gives error
- No activity on social

Anyone know what's going on with them?

They are shutting down. I tried getting my bike warrantied and the owner Matt Bremner refused to honor the warranty. Matt Bremner had not even told people inside the company that they were shutting down and is now ignoring all communications.

I sent my bike back to get refinished last year because it was under warranty and rusted out pretty bad. I shipped the bike back and they told me it would be about 4-6 weeks. 6 months later my frame is gone….
Matt Bremner went dark once I tried to ask for a refund on the bike because it looked like they weren’t ever going to give it back and now the whole company is pretty much gone with no trace online or any contact info.

This is disappointing. Weren’t they bringing a made in Canada bike to market?
