This may be a long shot. 2001 schwinn Moab 1. Rockshok Judy race fork. Looking for a rebuild kit for the fork,if I remember correctly, someone made aluminum top caps to replace the factory plastic. Any ideas?! Thanks in advance.

I can't speak from experience with the RS bits. Doubt you'll find factory replacements at this point. Judy was a fun little unit....

I think what you'll find is that the seal SIZES are the same for a lot of things; even if they're old - inner and outer diameters are SO very close, you can get by....even if bits aren't exact.

I had a manitou millennium re-sealed with newer bits from a different fork....they're not perfect, but they work. There's a bit of weeping throughout a season, but it's nothing to worry about. At this point, old junk like we have just needs a gentle touch and some good lube.

Top caps aren't the issue. A full goop-replacement is in order. Seals and goop. Seals and goop. Outside of that, you're at the point where nothing else is really available.
