Can anyone tell me how to decouple Strava from Trailforks?

I have a Garmin Edge 830 with Trailforks installed. A while back I was on the TF website and I guess linked my profile to Strava. So now, every time I ride, I get two ride logs in TF, one from Strava and one from Garmin. I have thus far not been able to figure out how to decouple one from the other. I would like to get back to just having the Garmin Connect service sync my rides to TF. But after poring over the settings on the Garmin, in TF, in Strava, etc., I can't seem to figure it out. Thanks!

Well, derp. As is typical, as soon as I posted this I tried again and figured it out. If anyone else has this problem, click this link and uncheck the box in step 3. https://www.trailforks.com/ridelog/stravaautoimport/
