Helmet sizing - replacement for IXS Xult

Hi guys,

I am looking for a replacement for my old IXS Xult fullface helmet, which had fit perfectly in size ML (57-59cm).
Unfortunately, IXS has revised the model and completely changed the size. The current Xult helmet is much smaller in the same size ML (57-59cm). I barely got my head in although the outer shell remained roughly the same size. I'm afraid that the size LXL (60-62) is too big and clunky.

Did someone have the same problem and can recommend an alternative helmet? Is there a fullface with similar fit as the old Xult?

Btw: I have a head circumference of about 58 - 58.5 cm.
