Ok , so im really board , its been 3 weeks now and my new v10 still isnt here RRRRRRRRRRR . On the brighter side its coming with the new kashima coating on the rc4 , i dough it will do much but it"ll look trick .
are you sure its coming with kashima? oem shocks/forks for 2011 (bought with frame) dont come with kashima, but for 2012 they do
Not bullshit. I've got a mate who does custom coating, similar to Kashima and then they're tested by our local FOX mech. There's up to 40% less stiction with the new coatings, both his and kashima
Oh yeah; you feel those 40% less stiction when riding? I meen, thats a lot. How did you figure out 40% anyway? I have a Fox RC4 Kashima myself... with kashima I can go superfast!!!111oneone11
Yes, you do. Stiction is one of the worst issues you can have with a shock apart from blowing up the compression/rebound. I can't really explain but the Fox dealer/mech has a special machine, guages the force used to compress it compared to a normal fork/shock

Ok well , the Kashima will give a slight advantage but im shore a hack like me wont be able to tell the difference . After just coming of a STOY im not really looking forward to the RC4 . But i could be very wrong How are people liking the RC4 on the V 10`s .
yes the 2012 v10 does come with kashima, and also a £100 price increase , as far as kashima making a diffrence......... looks good but not any more slippery , defo harder wearing tho
