Yeah, just go and ask for 15 wt oil. Then you can buy a solid grease to lube the seals and bushings..

Any specific kind of 15 wt oil, and kind of grease I should be looking to use?

ideally make a 50/50 mix of 5wt oil (i use stendec crystal fork fluid but any brand will do really) and sram red rum. As for grease make sure you use fine grease that doen't attack the seals (there should be a paragraph about what NOT to use in the handbook). I personally use stendec easy glide grease.

yh they are really easy to service i do it all the time i just use a 15wt weight oil i didnt mix it

you should have left the crowns on it much easyer and you will have to take they out to do the service anyway

What do you mean, I am doing the exact same thing as the video showed...I would have just slid the stanchions out, leaving both crowns in; but I had the rubber bumpers there stopping me. Hopefully I can finish it today.

And clean my bike? Where I live it gets cold during the winter, and if you leave your hose on they will freeze and break. Sorry for riding? Rolleyes
