Daily. If the weather sucks, I usually only do the 20 minutes commute to work and back, but if its not raining and not cold, I try to do 1 or 2 hours a day. That turns into 3 or 4 hours a day by the time June roles around..

today was 9 hours yesterday was 5 hours day before was 7 hours lol goes around like that give or take a few hours and sometimes none at all but only when its raining or something ugly like that

I ride every Sunday, and try to get out on a day during the week that involves more uphill,nice area too,can ride pretty much 365....Ride Hard,Ride Focused

Well, Before i moved to the city i use to ride All day from 8 or 9am to like 11pm.. I homeschool so i got alot of time to mess around Big Grin

almost everyday and at school too. which usually means ummm more or less 35 hours a week. in the summer its about 40+ a week

during summer holidays, i bike from about 10:30am- 9 pm with little breaks. rite now, at least an hour a day wether permitting
