I currently have a 07 enduro elite i am trying to lighten it up and want strong wheels (i jump and drop) that are light and cheap

Strong
Light
Cheap

You can only pick two of those. For example you can have strong and cheap, or light and strong. But never all of them.

WAY too heavy and won't work with anything smaller than 2.5"

Easton Havocs will fit the bill well. They didn't make the weight excessive for me on my Mojo when my LBS borrowed me some. Strong with reasonable weight.

such wheels don't exist... at best, you can get strong, heavy wheels for cheap, but that's about it...
