nice, but the lift already takes 4 bikes. the process of loading seems just as easy as the current system, user interface seems the wild card,what some do easily, some struggle.

Lift doesn't take 4 bikes and 4 people at once, doubling the capacity, that's the point of the one in the video.

I looked more closely and I think that's an 8-pack chair? Probably need at least a 6-pack to have enough width to load 4 bikes per chair side by side, the quad is probably too narrow... but if it was possible to fit on the current chair, man that would be sweet. I wonder what it would cost for Fitz only since that's the only place it's needed.

thanks, I gave Customer Service a call and they said the same. I was hoping that someone had some inside info that they could share.
