I've got one from FSA. It's called the FSA Orbit Xtreme Pro 1.5R.

You could also just get reducer cups.

You can get reducer cups from e.13 or fsa (i recommend the e.13 ones). Then you will have to get a 1 1/8 threadless headset. OR if you have some cash, Chris king has a headset (i run it and love it) that comes with the race for a 1.5 steer tub and 1 1/8 tube. Its the same headset for both, so you can switch out the forks without having to pound out the headset and install another one. Super sick! I recommend it!

yea...and you will probably need a 1.5 top cap...actually no you wont...because your still running a 1 1/8 stem you can run your old top cap etc,

I would highly recommend getting the Chris King reducer headset. Nothing beats a King for quality and asthetics!

That new King headset is one sexy peice of metal!! I would love to get a frame with the 1.5 head tube just so I could get one!

Get e13 reducer cups and an fsa integrated headset. The cups make ur headtube stronger, not that a 1.5 needs to be any stronger anyways.
