magura are better than hayes for sure but he's asking about the juicy 5's or the strokers.

Avid. I rode hayes for 2 seasons and i could not go for one ride without a problem also had horrible modulation it was either locked or off. I now run Avid juicy 7's and their great lots of power great modulation and issue less! I highly recomend a juicy 5 over a hayes stroker trail.

The rear makes are noise when you have ride the brakes long time !

hayes....avid juicy 5's are just the same as 3's only a few differences...althugh there cheaper...check out www.rollingresistance.com or .uk im not sure

I hate Hayes, I've had nothing but bad experiences with them. That being said, I would get the Strokers. So far, they've gotten good reviews and they have a lot more power and adjustability than the 5's

haha no they aren't. the juicy 3 has an entirely different caliper

not 2 dissimilar but the 5's resemble the 7's but just without a few features. so you basically get the same power as 7's
