25.8lb 2008 Cannondale Chase 2

Stock except:
Lighter tubes
06/07 Fox Van 32 R
26x2.1 Small Block 8s (Kevlar)
Snafu Anorexic 100mm pedals
Raceface grips

How can I shave off more weight. My stock cranks are Truvativ Ruktion cranks. Lighter handlebar is possible, stock one is 330g claimed, stem is 280g (machining a new one that should be sub 200g.)

I'm thinking I could drop another 2 lbs with some work...

octane one void, ns rigid, alu diety bars, fit cranks, hollow link and pin chain, xc tires (furious freds), plastic seat and pedals, octane hubs on brake machine rims with dt spokes, thomson stem, chopped post, federal lite sprocket, etc.

it was fairly solid but i wanted to change parts for strength over weight.
