Well for spoke nipples you would need to use the atomlab torx ones and they come in red.

Fork: 2009 RS Argyle 409 in black
Wheels: Transition Revolution Wheelset in Black with black hubs (and a Transition SS hub...)
Tires: Maxxis Holy rollers most likely...
Brakes: Rear only, Avid Elixir CR 6" rotor
Bars: Deity 31.8 Twenty14, black
Stem: Transition temple in blue (or another good anodized blue stem)
Seat post: standard Pivotal post
Seat: something completely black (if i did this build, id find one)
pedals: Transition Stepdown anodized blue
Crank: Demolition Medial black
BB: something good that works
Sprocket: Transition 28 tooth, blue
Cog: 13 tooth
Chain:standard chain, not very shiny, something dark (but not coloured...)
Grips: something that feels nice...
Headset:something good...

I'd make it affordable...
if I was to make an afordable build, Id just say my bike, with a couple part changes...
