i dont get it it doesnt makes sense? so you want to know what spring rate to run? im 55 kg and i run a 300 lb on a dhx 5 with about 5 psi and medium rebound (i like my shock soft) vanilla sudnt be much different

isnt the DHX 5 meant to have atleast 120psi in the boost valve.... it's what it says on the can Confused

yeah if you dont run the minimum psi in the chamber and something internally goes wrong with it. your warrenty is void.

Not smart to run it with such a low psi

With riding gear I'm about 155-160lbs and I run the 300lbs spring. It's just about right. You should definitely go a lil lower unless you're doing drops nd stuff.

i'm 220 lbs as well.

500lbs for drops and gaps

450lbs for a plush downhill (no big drops)

Look at the Iron Horse website under FAQ (i think) and there you have a spring caluculator. You can run smaller springs on the sunday, if your doing FR up the size like 50 or 100lbs
