I think sigle speed is awesome. It's so much quieter and there is less to go wrong. In the past i had loads of problems with gears that cost a lot to fix so single speed is definatly better.

It's a spring loaded tensioner which is kinda poop.

just get the spacers and the back cog and just make the chain tight tensioners make it look gay
