in my experiance, all vans have great grip, but arent the longest lasting. etnies lasted a lot longer, but not as good a grip. go to a skate shop, buy whatever is cheap, and ride the sh*t out of them.

Nike 6.0s are really comfy. I have my first pair now and they have lasted more than most of my other skate shoes.

I normally use Fallen's, got a pair of Vans Mids at the moment but they're dying pretty quickly.

Gonna get me some of these soon - http://www.orchidfootwear.com/news/wp-content/uploads/2009/07/vandever2-v2-mid-1000.jpg

My Nike 6.0s are impossible to ride in, I keep slipping pedals and im very scared of gripping the bike to do a 180 or j-hop. I am reduced to riding in Sanuks because i cannot afford new shoes, but i don't get why everyone else says that they are grippy. Could anyone show me a picture of nike 6.0 soles? maybe i just got one without a grippy sole
