not sure, but its just a dent and not a crack so i wouldn't worry about it, of course try to get it warrantied but if not, just ride is till it doe snap

just call them up or email... if you dented it riding then i doubt it's covered because that's considered "abuse" and DMR isn't at fault

It shouldn't snap, my friend has a huge dent from tailwhipping and throwing the bike and hes riddin it for six months, he just put some tape and stuff around it and its held up fine.

when a frame is dented there is no effect to the structural integrity depending on where the dent is.. and where yours is there are no issues.. that's a low stress point on your frame. they only is effect is aesthetics..
