well alot of new bikes are 26 to 28 but i mean u can get some stock bikes like the Apex that are super light

An average complete bike weighs anywhere between 25 and 30 lbs.
A full custom bike usually weighs under 25.

My hoffman is 27 which heavy stem wheels ect i could probably get it down to 25
