I put a set of Fly cranks on my bike.

They're just over half a pound lighter than my Powerbites.

I can't jump any higher, fly any farther or pedal any faster.

Just some food for thought.

With my 1.95 FAFK on the front, and pegs off, I'm at 19.11 for her. It's still to heavy.

my S3.5. 23.3 pounds. hopefully getting new cranks in a few weeks, and that should bring it into the 22 pound range! I don't want to go too much lighter than that though.

Why would you get rid of your Ratchet for something else?

Or it's that my strength to weight ratio is such that half a pound just isn't that big a deal.
