Buffalo pound is pretty great for that already. Also echo and wascana trails, id rather ride those than gravel roads.

Wascana Trails 15 minutes north between Regina and Deer Valley. good trails all over there. I know this is an old post but thought I'd add to it .

Yes I've driven from Regina to Saskatoon just to go ride them... had a blast. Whenever I go there or through for work I'll stop to ride after my work day is done as well.
