Anybody have any pictures of their welding jigs? I'm planning on building steel DJ frames with a couple of friends and I'm looking for some ideas. Thanks.

Looks smart, care to elaborate on the build?

More photos?

Please

It's fillet brazed Columbus tubing, 120mm 29er, 66 HTA, 67 STA, 470 reach, 440 chainstays. I haven't got any build pictures on here but I have on my instagram '@markmakesbikes' if you want to look

Thanks, it rides different. A bit of flex in the front triangle, what makes the bike ride a little twitchey. But it soakes up small bumps very good. It is just awesome to ride a shed made bike. When i started, i had no experience of working with wood.

Yup that was the plan.
I had a bit of advice from madmechanic and I'm forever grateful
Now onto the next one and refine it a bit.

Nice Work... and you also fixed that shitty LHD/BMX crank problem, that most other bikes like that have!

Fellas what do you think of this suspension design? Looks like a lot of stress on the down tube

Considering it for my next DH frame
