For 2k you can get a decent new fully, however if I were you I would just look for a used bike, you’ll get much more for your money.

I guess anything with 7" front and back, a good all-around bike that can handle dh, but still nimble for fr and slopestyle.

thats like the best bike for under 2000 i paid $3100 for a bike that has a bit better components but a little bit worse frame i wish i would have bought that it makes me mad, there is a bunch of differernt 7 point for sale under $2000 on that website i would say they have the best deals on bikes there, but if u dont like 7 points u can get a specialized big hit for under $2000 thats pretty good, or a mongoose brand new with components that u would find on most $3500 bikes for $2000 new and the mongoose black diamond frame is awesome and light, or u could get a used bike,

i would say try and find something like an sx trail because they're very versatile. so that or a giant reign in the x series, kona coiler, transition bottlerocket, kona bass/cowan ds if you're really smooth rider. if you're willing to be patient and look around im sure you can find a good deal on a used bike of that nature

O+

Ok man here is the deal. Transition is the only way to go and if I were you I would go for the best all-round bike on the market... The Bottlerocket. It is super heavy duty and reactive at the same time.

but snt it a slopestyle bike not dh or freeride

The kona stinky costs exactly $2000, and is a freeride bike, but if you can spend a little more, get a Norco Atomik, they're a great deal with great components.

The bottlerocket is too slopestyley, if you want a transition look at a Blindside, or at least a Dirtbag

also, look at used bikes because you can often find great deals on more expensive bikes there

If I were you I would want at the very very least 6.5 inches of travel front and back
