tables are pretty straight forward... i just lean and twist my bars... and dont be affraid to let loose of the bars and let your hands roate on the grips...and i usually push my back foot into the chain stays...
don't try to pull the bike up, its 2x easier to push it down. twisting the bars also can force the bike sideways. your not going to really learn much except a few pointers on the internet. go out and try it, think about what could make it easier, if you can make it easier you can concentrate on making it look better, which means, a better table.
