They need to have it based on verified purchases, i.e some form of authentication. Which is difficult to do.

It should be a pretty simple yes or no, i.e did the other party fulfill their end of product sale.

I buy things off of Reddit all the time and there is a way they can give feedback. They could make it where you have a feedback thread that people could write a review or check on a seller or buyer.

I actually have an idea for an app for used items but to busy to think about it much. Sometimes people suck! And the hard part would still be them making multiple accounts...
