dude do it flyout of a quater pipe.... the key is to look over your shoulder the whole time... if you stop looking around then your rotation will stop... look over your shoulder and once you spot your landing just pull your bars inline with ur body and twist your hips..... its pretty much trial and error dude but yeah i wouldn't suggest trying it over doubles or anything like that to start with

yeh man ive done it on a bmx out a quarter but not on an mtb on jump but i only have big downhill bike as my mtb soo i wont be trying it n that but selling my bmx to buy jump bike so ill keep update if i land one on my new jump bike thanks

Well I can tell you that you dont do them like this (see vid). I'd landed them on jump boxes so I had about 15 attempts on this day at the trails and ended up with a cut hand. I kind of landed one but washed out on the landing.

My advice - throw you shoulders hard, look in the direction youre spinning and spot you landing. But ultimately just commit and spin fast. You pretty much have to crash to learn these.
