22t.
thanks, i found a gear ratio calculator. works really well, just set it to gear inches and then plug in your own custom cassette and chain rings. it tells u ur ratio and u can find one that matches.

well why the f*ck did you ask in the first place??

sorry for the grave dig, but i was wondering what would be a good ratio to run with my 10t driver?

i am running 26 inch wheels,

25-10
24-10
23-10
22-10

??

23 or 22 would be the best IMO but any of those will work just fine.

I have 32-12 its kind of hard, but really fast.

25-9 is the best ration accelaration and top speed.

bmx and mtb are differnt, you night a slightly lighter ratio on 26" cause are big wheels don't have the acceleration

Same here, i ran 39-9 for a while, it was hell. Although i did just leave my mates in the dust along the straights rofl.

Ok so I'm building up a SE Racing Floval Flyer (I know its old school but I'm old) to ride around with my son at the local pump track and a little mellow park riding. I have a 16t in the rear but am not real sure what to put up front. Its a 24" by the way. I have seen the gear ratio charts but still not sure what to go with. I was thinking 39 to 41.
