bottle rocket has more travel and if more of a freeride bike. the double is made for DJ's, Slopestyle, 4x And dual Slalom. And the Blindside is made for dh racing etc.

bottlerocket has 5.5"'s of travel and the double has 3 or 4 "

br has 5.5 inch travel double has 3(90mm) and br has 1.5 headtube

the geo is probably diff. too

the transition website says that the double just comes in 14: sizes
while the bottle rocket comes in a 15" and a 16.5" frame size

Check out their site. www.transitionbikes.com they have specs and build kits listed there. To compare them, open 2 windows side by side and read.
