A machinist could make you a custom sleeve (bushing) so everything fits.

I exchanged few e-mails with Will Pegram from
MTB Business Development at Ohlins USA. He was super helpfull and totally knew all details of the setup. He advices me to order three parts to convert ex-Specialized Demo shock to one for Wilson.

19311-01 Metal Reducer 16mm to 15mm
18482-01 IGUS Style Bushing
18130-148mm x 25mm spacers

Total cost about 32$

And got answer from devinci where they said that there should not be any freeplay beteeen bolt and shock eyelet but little one between bolt and frame bushings.

2015 carbon frame Wilson. I am finding that after every couple of rides I am wise to pull the seat off & clean up the post & seat tube. If I don't do that and leave the seat in there for a half dozen rides, it is very hard to pull out. Almost like it glues itself in. I don't know if this has been discussed before, but I seem to recall someone saying there is a compound you can apply so it doesn't seize up.

I think people use fibre grip for those applications.

The bearings around the axle?

Do they not have bearings in the Rear arm or is it just the pivot if you get what I mean thanks

Bearing size out back at the axle is 6903
You can get that bearing size just about anywhere, get one that is 6903 2rs , the 2rs being for 2 rubber seals, one on each side. Should be a couple bucks each.

If you want to do all of the pivot bearings on the wilson you will need 4x 6903, 2x 6805, 2x 6809 bearings. This is the same for all models of wilson from 2011 through to current
