Basicly my steerer tube wobbles loads. Its pretty annoying and bangs.
I tried tightning the star thing and it didnt work.
Pictures are at the bottom so please see if you can see anything that may cause this.

And only the top bit was moving that you slide down the steerer

3. tighten your top cap
4. tighten your stem
and you should be done

youve got a couple of bearings missing but i dont think that would make too much difference, if i was you id get a sealed headset.

try putting an extra spacer on you steerer tube when you put the forks back on
