Anything under 18, you have to have a parent sign a note.

at my shop, and at any good shop these days, nobody is gonna touch a tattoo on anyone under 18. Too many potential legal hassles. I really advise waiting until you're at least finished school before making the dive in permanent ink.

Thats the deal all over Canada. I doubt you'll find a good place that will ink you under 18. And if you do, it's likely they're pretty sketchy and you don't want the tat done there anyway...

my pinkbike doesnt let me upload pictures now that V.2 is up, but i have a Wu-tang on my left shoulder my display picture on my right shoulder then on my right pec i have a skull and cross bones but with handlebars, my chest tat hurt and bled like a bitch
