hey, just got new forks, steerer tube is too small and doesnt go all the way through my headtube, what do i do?

your stuffed then you shuld ALWAYS measure before buying

If it deosn't even go through the headtube, you are f*cked.

If it is close you can try buying a headset with a lower stack height.

But it it doesn't even make it through the headdtube, it is eitehr garbage or you can send it to the distributor and get a new steer tube pressed in.

Or, if you fork has a removable crown/steer you can get a new one.

the best thing you could do is get a low stack stem and low stack headset. not the best option but it might work. depends how good the forks are.

get a lower slung headset cause the bottm casing is pretty big and if that doesnt work get a lower stem and that should make it work
