Today was a great Trail Day which was attended by 8 people who got lots done. We concentrated on a section that needed to flow in order to work well so we got to work under the watchful eye of the Hai Gai trail God.

The before pic with Tom starting the cuts for the ladder stringers.

The stringers are debarked, strong and rot free.

The finished ladder. You ride through the trees down a roll down and into the ladder. Pump the exit and pedal for speed into a kicker/hip to berm.

The kicker/hip to berm. You can't quite see the angle of the berm well but trust me it's smooth. The kicker is armoured for longevity.

The small original drop is solid and pays respect to the original builders but we will add a small transition to pump for speed. The roll around is solid and armoured and took 2 hours and over 15 buckets of soil. But it's so smooth.

This section is going to be so smooth and fast now, I can't wait to ride it!! Next Trail Day is in two weeks so stay tuned for more updates.
