Big hit rear end bent?

The rear wheel on my Demo is also non-dished, therefore it has an asymetrical rear end so one of the chainstays is bent more than the other. But it's no where near as far bent as that picture. The chainstay in that pic is so close to the wheel - I think it's been banged on something or whatever. It shouldn't be bent that much.

If it were bent the entire rear end would be so screwed up (due to that one tube being shorter due to the bend) that you would know for sure.

I took my big hit in same year model of yours with the same rear end "bent looking" anf the guy at the bike shop said it was out 10 degrees just some clearification its not bent rit???
