Tried to upload a headshot photo, can’t crop photo to include face, just the upper left hand corner

Uploaded my picture (iPad Chrome) but I can’t crop the image or move the crop area from the top left of the picture.

I tried to add a head shot but it doesn't upload the area I selected? It add a random section on the photo or it uploads side ways?

After upload it is rotated 90 degrees :/ Can't get it to not do that.

Headshot uploader is total fail. Upside down (I am from DownUnder so may that makes sense) but it doesn't even crop properly.
Be great to see Trailforks respond now that they have my money.
By the way, the image in the profile is the person I'm trying to crop out - so there you go!!!
