New Bike! Decisions, decisions...

I'm going to be getting a new bike soon, so I am doing my homework.
Here are the ones I am considering (not necessarily in this order):

1. GT Ruckus UF
2. Mongoose Ritual Street
3. DK Asterik
4. Specialized P1
5. Eastern Thunderbird


So as you can see, I am going for a single speed and I wanted to stick with a cromo frame (I'm fairly sure that these are all cromo frames) because I am kind of a big guy. Just wanted a little input. Opinions?

Oh yeah, and I am also looking at price point. As you may have noticed, most of these bikes fall in the $700-$900 range.

i personaly would go with the eastern but see if u can get a previous year in the p2 cromo they are better than the p1 oh ya never go with the GT they suck in my opinion

hey man, i just got the dk asterik and i love it.its a really solid bike and can handle alot of stuff.it has a marzocchi dirt jumper 3 with is an awesome fork and it has Sun Ditch Witch rims which are really solid and do not warp easily. Good luck.
