Ok everyone, how much can you bench compared to your bodyweight? Right now im benching 225 for a max one rep and i weigh 146.

Wow, thats really good I used to bench 160 when I weighed 140 like 2 years ago. I might have gotten weaker though.

i had a max of 150 befor i quit working out for football. but i recently started back up and today i benched 135x4 so i just have to get back into the swing of things. i weigh 140lbs.

u did 150 for ten reps at 100lbs?? were u 5'5 then or now, that allot im kinda doubting that, but i dont know you so cant really so... thats pretty good

i was 5'5 then AND now. lol i don't grow anymore... damn genetics. and i did do that because the previous years i did work out quite a bit. but i've stopped working out regularly. just do it the random times my friends call me to go but yeah...

200 ibs on a bowflex for 6 reps with good form, idk if bowflex pounds are normal or not. Im 5'10 and 125 ibs.

you weigh 146lbs and are 6'1 i highly doubt that you benched 225 but you could have i guess if the rest of your body was a tooth pic and your upper body was just ripped
