So as some of you know, thanks to Casey Groves' lovely story about me on the front page, I got hit a car and broke my femur and made my brain bleed. So I am sitting here with nothing to do and I decide I am going to write a recap of my 2008 season!

So it all began at my first competition ever, Goatstyle in Creston BC. It was an amazing time and huge props to all the guys who put it on. I qualified for finals but unfortunately a large down pour but an end to the event. Next I was off to Whistler with Casey and Matt Gretzinger for Air Affair. This was obviiously a good time just because of the fact it was in Whistler. I was not at all pleased with my performance but I was riding a bike that did not suit me at all, not blaming it all on the bike though. Next stop was North Vancouver for Red Bull Round Up. Thanks to Casey and Tyler Maine from right here at Pnkbike I was able to get a spot on the rider list. Red Bull put on an amazing contest with one of the best courses I have ridden. It was outragous fun even though I rode the majority of it hung over thanks to Casey's dad supplying drinks every night. I placed alright, but not as well as I had hoped. Then finally it was back to Kelowna for Flirtin' With Dirt, part of the Center of Gravity event. I was looking forward to that weekend all summer. This was definately the funnest competition all year. I wasn't stressed about the actually competition at all, I was just having a great time with some great people. In the end I took second and that sneeky little Casey Groves won it. Don't worry I while get that guy soon enough. But, that was not the end. We all heading back up to beautiful Whistler for Harvest Huckfest. Not for long though, it rained out just like last year which lead to a 9 hour foam pit sesh! So that was how my first year of "competitive mountain biking" went and I loved it. Next year I will only ride harder and hopefully get some better results. Altogether I am pleased with the season and my progress.

Now most of you probably don't want to read all that, I didn't really want to write all that. So here is some visual aid to my story.
