I didnt see anywhere that had a budget and alot of those are not that pricey. your first post was no better also 321's would be a waste of money while already running S types there on the same level if he were to upgrade at least get something good.

Here's my 2 cents

Specs:
Fork: Marzocchi 888 RCV - maybe change to '10 Boxxers or Totez
Rear Shock: Roco TST R - get it Push tuned & Ti spring
Bars: FSA Maximus
Rear Derauiluer: Shimano Saint
Wheels: 32h Hope Pro2 hubs, DT Competition spokes,DT Brass Pro-lock nipples, Either Stans ZTR Flow or Mavic Xm819 rims - that or 2009 DeeMax wheels.
Brakes: Hayes Stroker Gram with Hope V2 Floating Rotors; if not, get some new gripped levers [Straitline/Dangerboy e.t.c.], HEL braided hoses & some Hope V2 Floating Rotors for your 9's.
Cranks: Shimano XT, XTR or SLX
Headset: FSA Pig
Stem: FSA Gravity - something lighter if its worth it
Tires: Maxxis DH Specific - go Tubeless or use Michelin DH inner tubes as they are light
Seat Post/Saddle: Alienation Billy Club with Alienation Transfer Saddle
Pedals: Wellgo MG1 with Ti spindle

These changes are more to save big chunks of weight and increase dh performance to a more race orientated usetup

[Quote="JMatozzGBP"]just turn the shock upside down!! (i'm not sure if it fits that way cause i haven't tried it yet, havent seen my bike in months :S).
By doing this you will reduce the sprung mass in the rear suspension, therefore reduce the suspensions inertia, wich in theory will make it work much better

Can anyone tell me if this is true???
