RST customer service?

I have a rst space fork that came on my thunderbird, and it's basically falling apart. so i wanted to send it in for service, but rst isnt helping at all. Their website www.rstmtb.com like doesnt even exist any more, and whenever i try calling them, no one answers and it tells me that the voicemail imbox is full. Has anyone else had any luck with rst cust. service?
