How does it work, hike a bike or shuttle runs? Is it a large enough event to drive over 6 hours to attend? Anyone know??

A few details from the organizer:

- A UCI license is acceptable in place of a USA Cycling license. If you don't have a license, you will have to buy a day license on site.
- It's hike-a-bike to the top. About a 10-15 minute hike.
- There is free on-site camping.

Here is some footage from a race on the same hill last year.

Dont worry he walked away with just some cuts. he didn't break any bones. and we are not running that section.

well last year we ran the course that splits off to the right after the step up. and yes, beacon is full of rock faces. its like a downhill freeride course, because of all the jumps it has.
