Shimano Ultegra 6500 9 Speed Cassette = 203 grams Shimano Tiagra SS rear mech - old mech I have = 265grams Nuke proof rear hub = 305grams Atomlab aircorp rims - old rims i have x 2 = 1200grams ???
TOTAL SAVING APPROX IS 2427g - 1973g = 454g
Total loss will be lighter because front hub isn't included in this calculation and some of the weights are estimated from what i can find online, also spoke count will be 32 instead of 36.

What kind of weight are you looking to hit? Low 30lbs? Its unfortunatly so expensive dropping weight on a good mountain bike (easiest thing ever on a 45lb huffy) Like one mountain bike guru said- everyone wants their bike to be light-strong-cheap! But you can only pick two of those.
Do you ride with gear in a back pack, there may be a few pounds in there to shed. Convert to stans tubeless, then you can take out extra tubes and pump and tire gear.
